How to Schedule an Astrology Session with Kathryn Andren?
Schedule your online session here. This appointment page serves for easy scheduling and payment. Simply select your service, then reserve your time. Reservation details are automatically emailed to you with our Zoom link. Your reservation inculdes access to bonus resources.

What info is required when booking? Kindly remember, before our astrology reading please include:

• Your full name, phone number & email

• Date of birth, time of birth (AM/PM, indicate if exact or approximate), and place of birth: city/state

• Your current city of residence, so I know your time zone!

How often can I book an astrology reading?
Book once a month, each quarter at the turn of the season, or once a year near your birthday or new year. For coaching and support, consult with Kathryn and enjoy reduced rates for regular bookings. Most sessions are one hour. 

When should I schedule a session? Monthly, Seasonal or Annual options. Ask me about Total Wellness Packages.

Anytime you need more clarity! Book near your birthday, near new year, or every quarter. Astrology offers insights and solutions for:

How to Pay?
I accept easy and secure payment online at booking. I also use PayPal, Venmo or Square Up invoice system. Payment is expected before the reading, when you schedule your session. Can I still have an astrology reading even if I don’t know my birth time?
Yes! Even if you don’t have an accurate birth time, you can still benefit from an astrology update. Kindly let me know if your brith time is exact or approximate. Birth times are often listed on your brith certificate. Some states offer copies of your birth certificate where the time is listed. The more accurate the birth time, the more detailed your reading.

Can I have a recording of my reading?
Yes! After the session, I offer an audio recording of your reading by email. Recordings are emailed to you shortly after your reading. You're welcome to record the reading on your end as a back up.

Note: Recordings are a gift to you and not 100% guaranteed. It is your responsibility to directly download your session within a week of your reading. I delete recordings from my server after a month. Thank you.

What if I need to reschedule my astrology reading? Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of your scheduled service. You will receive an email reminder before your appointment, with easy access to the online calendar if you need to make a change. Due to the personal nature and time devoted to this work, I hold a 24-hour cancelation policy. Cancellations made less than 24-hours prior to the date and time of your reservation result with a charge the value your scheduled appointment. If you are not well we will gladly reschedule without a charge

Reminders:

• Arrivals. Please arrive within minutes of your scheduled appointment.

• Payments. Payment is taken at the time of reservation to guarantee your service.

• Gift Certificates are available for purchase
